Scholarship for students securing more than 60% in Mathematics & Physics. Merit Scholarship based on income of the guardian. Central Government Scholarship for SC/ ST/ NT/. Scholarship for wards of Freedom Fighters. Concession in College Fees The Government offers several free-ships to eligible students as listed below. It is responsibility of the student to fill-up & submit the duly signed form to the college office & take the acknowledgement receipt. EBC Facility This facility is for those students whose guardians have an income less than Rs. 15000/- per year. Applications in a prescribed format are available up to 10th July and are to be submitted to the Zilha Parishad before 15th July through the college office. The following documents should be attached to the application form:- 1) Income certificate of the guardian. 2) Affidavit of the guardian if the student is from a rural area ( Population less than 10,000/-) 3) Income-certificate signed & given and signed by the Sarpanch. 4) Income certificate signed by a Gazetted officer/Special Executive Magistrate of Tahsildar. Free-Ship for the wards of Secondary School Teachers This free-ship is available to those students whose guardians are serving in secondary schools & whose educational qualification is SSC, D.Ed, or ATC. The application for the free-ship is to be submitted before 15th July. Concession in Fee for the wards of the guardians serving in MVP Samaj’s Institutions (only for grant-in aid units) The application filled in and duly signed in the prescribed format is to be submitted to the College Office. CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION & REFUND OF FEES The Ministry of Human Resource Development and University Grants Commission have considered the issue and decided that the Institutions and Universities, in the public interest, shall maintain a waiting list of students/ candidates. In the even of a students/candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course, the waitlisted candidates should be given admission against the vacant seat. The entire fee collected from the students, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs.1000/- (one thousand only) shall be refunded and returned by the Institution / University to the student / candidate withdrawing from the programme. Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the Institution must return the feel collected with proportionate deductions of of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, where applicable.
